Brazil native Paula Hermanny grew up spending time with both her maternal and paternal grandmothers. Joana, her paternal grandmother, was the epitome of grace and sophistication, always perfectly dressed, a lady through and through. Izaura, Paula’s maternal grandmother, was a master seamstress and taught Paula everything she new about sewing and design. Thanks to the influence that these two amazing women had on Paula, she grew up to be the designer of a luxury, resort-quality swimwear line she calls Vix women’s swimwear.
