First of all how old is your brother?
I'd say if he's 16 or younger then maybe your parents should talk to him about it, or hell, even if he IS older than 16 they should talk about it
Im sure that if they have the case in their possession and your brother hasnt had it for a week that Im sure he already knows your parents found it,, or maybe he thinks you did

Maybe your parents should ask him about it and tell him about the dangers of getting CAUGHT with the pot. There really arent any bad things that can happen to you besides getting caught by the cops. Tell your parents to teach him to be responsible when he does smoke it, so he wont get into trouble. What's worse than getting caught and having to go to jail just for a little weed?
If your parents are calm and understanding about it, then it won't make him think he has to hide everything from them and maybe further down the road they will continue to have a good relationship. I don't think they should punish him for it though.
But yeah, if his grades are slipping and he's spending a lot of time with his friends then that can be a problem to resolve.
Getting mad at him and punishing him might just make him want to do it more.. or do something even more harmful than just some pot.
